December 14, 2019, Musoke International and the Tedd Community Development Foundation (TCDF) held their first joint gathering with the children and their guardians. The special event was held at a central location, to which the children and their guardians were bussed in from the different villages. A wonderful program was organized by the TCDF board, which included speeches, songs and dances performed by the children, Bible verse readings, and dances performed by the guardians. The children enjoyed cake and soft drinks. School supplies were also distributed to the children by Musoke International; these supplies were generously donated by the Redeemer Lutheran Church Vacation Bible School attendees (2019), and shipped to Uganda by Redeemer. Christmas cards handmade by children at Redeemer Lutheran Church were also distributed. The event was attended by several officials from the city of Entebbe, including from the education council.
